Illustrations
One of my most favorite things is illustrating; any time a client will let me get away with it, I will sneak an illustration into their project. And if I can’t convince anyone to pay me to draw, I do it in my free time.
I’m easily swayed by cool things I see on the interwebs so my illustration style varies a bit. Lately I’ve been on a Photoshop kick. The idea of painting in Photoshop was totally foreign to me until I took a job at Weta, doing digital painting for movies. It was there that I discovered a Wacom pen and customizable digital brushes and blending modes galore. It’s so fun, and I find it gives me a lot more flexibility than Illustrator.
